If, notwithstanding the foregoing, we are found liable, our aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Site shall not exceed the greater of (a) INR 1,000 or (b) the total amount you paid us in the past twelve months (typically ₹0 for this free Site).

16) Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

- Governing law & venue: These Terms are governed by the laws of India. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in New Delhi, India.
- No class actions: To the extent permitted by law, disputes will be handled on an individual basis, not as class actions.
17) Miscellaneous
- Entire agreement: These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site.
- Severability: If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.
- Waiver: Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
- Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our consent.
- Force majeure: We are not responsible for delays/failures due to events beyond our reasonable control.
- Language: These Terms are provided in English; translations are for convenience only.
